After selecting an image in google drive, look for an export/download on the photo page and click Control + P (Command + P if Mac) or to screenshot, Windows + Shift + S button (Shift + Command + 4 in Mac) to save the image in your file explorer. Follow on-screen prompts to save photos. You can share the image by opening the photo location in your file explorer and attach it to any file sharing platform (email, text message, etc).
